All tours have a 10% non refundable service fee that will be refunded only if the tour is canceled by the vendor.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled tour, activity, and/or service will not be refunded and we do not guarantee that the tour, activity, and/or service can be rescheduled within your dates of stay.
Cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled tour, activity, and/or service will not be refunded and we do not guarantee that the tour, activity, and/or service can be rescheduled within your dates of stay.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled tour, activity, and/or service will not be refunded and we do not guarantee that the tour, activity, and/or service can be rescheduled within your dates of stay.
If a tour or service is canceled by the vendor/service provider, Luxe Concierge will provide a 100% refund, which includes the 10% service fee. Luxe Concierge does not guarantee any refunds due to unfavorable weather conditions, and will only provide a refund if the vendor decides to cancel the tour.

Since nature is unpredictable, Luxe Concierge does not guarantee wildlife viewing. Depending on the vendor, if wildlife isn’t present during a specified wildlife tour (whale/dolphin tour), the client may be given the opportunity to reschedule at a later date.
