If the weather is bad enough to where the vendor feels it’s unsafe to operate the tour, the vendor will cancel and either provide a 100% refund or the option to reschedule. If the client decides to cancel prior to the vendor canceling due to weather, there will be no refund, but depending on the vendor, the client may have the option to reschedule. Rescheduling is not 100% guaranteed.
Couple of reasons:
Clients can pay directly on their square invoices by inputting their credit card information. If they are paying a large amount, they can request to send a money wire or pay by ACH to avoid paying the credit card surcharge fee. If they are booking a tour that is close to being sold out, they are taking the risk of losing the tour because Luxe Concierge cannot guarantee the booking until payment has been received. Payment via ACH or money wire may take up to 3 days to get deposited.

Instead, Luxe Concierge can answer any and all questions, provide reviews, pictures, and descriptions that will help the client to decide if a tour is a right fit. Clients are provided the vendor information after paying for their tour.
