  • What happens if the weather is bad?

    If the weather is bad enough to where the vendor feels it’s unsafe to operate the tour, the vendor will cancel and either provide a 100% refund or the option to reschedule.  If the client decides to cancel prior to the vendor canceling due to weather, there will be no refund, but depending on the vendor, the client may have the option to reschedule.  Rescheduling is not 100% guaranteed.

  • Why should clients book with Luxe Concierge?

    Couple of reasons:

    • Luxe Concierge assigns one concierge per client to assist with planning their trip.
    • The concierge acts as the middleman between the vendor and the client.  If there are any changes that need to be made, the only person to be notified is the concierge.  They will make any and all changes for the client and update their itinerary accordingly.
    • If there was a problem with the tour or the client was unhappy for any reason, the concierge will work with the vendor to find a solution
    • If the vacation is in Hawaii, Luxe Concierge has a team on each island that is knowledgeable to provide island safety tips and local recommendations.
    • Luxe concierge has built relationships with their vendors to where they may be able to assist in booking a reservation that is sold out to the public.  
  • How do you take payment?

    Clients can pay directly on their square invoices by inputting their credit card information.  If they are paying a large amount, they can request to send a money wire or pay by ACH to avoid paying the credit card surcharge fee.  If they are booking a tour that is close to being sold out, they are taking the risk of losing the tour because Luxe Concierge cannot guarantee the booking until payment has been received.  Payment via ACH or money wire may take up to 3 days to get deposited.

  • Does Luxe Concierge only work with clients staying at vacation rentals?

    No.  Luxe Concierge works with any guests who need concierge services, although 90% of their business comes from their vacation rental partnerships. 

  • Are you located in Hawaii?

    Yes, we are fortunate to have teams on all islands who have a lot of knowledge about Hawaii. They can answer any questions you may have and provide great island recommendations.

  • Can you provide us with vendor information so we can check out the website for ourselves?

    Luxe Concierge works very hard to research and vet their vendors. They do not provide vendor information up front, as there is a chance that the customer may book directly with the vendor.  Instead, Luxe Concierge can answer any and all questions, provide reviews, pictures, and descriptions that will help the client to decide if a tour is a right fit. Clients are provided the vendor information after paying for their tour.
